Spinach Artichoke Dip



  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup plain cream cheese

  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup chopped green onion

  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts

  • 1 cup raw spinach, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes



  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together..

  4. Place the mixture into a baking dish that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.

  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 



Serving Suggestion

Serve with pork clouds, bell peppers, zucchini, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, jicama, cherry tomatoes, or baby carrots.
