Scotch Eggs



  • 6 hard boiled eggs

  • 18 ounces ground lean Italian sausage

  • 3/4 cup of Pork Panko


  1. Divide the sausage into 6 equal parts.

  2. Shape each portion into a flat round.

  3. Place a hardboiled egg on top of each sausage round and wrap the sausage around the egg, completely enclosing the egg.

  4. Roll the sausage meat in the Pork Panko to lightly cover.

  5. Place the eggs on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  6. Bake at 375° for 30-35 minutes.

Enjoy warm or cold.
