Salami Crisps



  •  Salami, unsliced


  1. Put oven racks in upper and lower thirds of oven and preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Slice Salami into thin pieces.
  3. Arrange salami pieces in 1 layer on 2 large baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake, switching position of sheets halfway through baking, until edges are crisp and beginning to curl, 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Transfer slices to a rack to cool.

IDEA:  Add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese on top before baking.
