Crunchy Goat Cheese Rounds



  • 4 ounces of a goat cheese log

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • ¼ cup of Pork Panko

  • Cooking spray


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Slice the goat cheese into four 1-ounce medallions and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.

  3. Dip each medallion into the egg and then into the Pork Panko.

  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray a small amount of nonstick cooking spray over each piece.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the medallions are lightly golden brown.

  6. Serve immediately.
