6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
2 Roma tomatoes, diced
3/4 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
2/3 of an avocado, diced
2 tablespoons Pork Panko
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine the tomatoes, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper together and set aside for a few minutes so the juices can combine to make the dressing.
Mix together the lettuce, avocado, and bacon.
Add the dressing, sprinkle with Pork Panko, and serve.
