Ahi Poke
Ingredients
- ½ pound sashimi-grade Ahi tuna 
- ½ shallot, thinly sliced 
- ½ cup chopped green onions 
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil 
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce 
- ½ tablespoon sesame seeds 
Directions
- Cut the ahi into ½-inch cubes, and place into a bowl. 
- Add the shallots, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds and gently toss. 
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
