Ahi Poke

 

Ingredients

  • ½ pound sashimi-grade Ahi tuna

  • ½ shallot, thinly sliced

  • ½ cup chopped green onions

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce

  • ½ tablespoon sesame seeds

 

Directions

  1. Cut the ahi into ½-inch cubes, and place into a bowl.

  2. Add the shallots, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds and gently toss.

  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
