Ahi Poke Recipe
- ½ pound sashimi grade Ahi tuna steaks, cubed
- ½ of a shallot, sliced
- ½ cup green onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- ¾ Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- ½ Tbsp sesame seed
- Cut the ahi into ½-inch cubes and place into a bowl.
- Add the shallots, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds and gently toss.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
