Ahi Poke Recipe

 

Ingredients

  • ½ pound sashimi grade Ahi tuna steaks, cubed
  • ½ of a shallot, sliced
  • ½ cup green onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • ¾ Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • ½ Tbsp sesame seed

 

Directions

  1. Cut the ahi into ½-inch cubes and place into a bowl.
  2. Add the shallots, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, and sesame seeds and gently toss.
  3. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
